Welding Cables are flame retardant, oil resistant, resilient, resist compression cuts and abrasion, durable, and survive rough handling. Designed for use as arc welding leads from the secondary side of the power source, typical of welders and welding generators. Power supply applications not exceeding 600 volts AC.

CONSTRUCTION
Southwire Welding Cables are manufactured using annealed rope-stranded Class M, bare copper conductor as per ASTM B-3. 34 AWG rope lay strand per ASTM B-172. A tape separates the conductor from the insulation to faciliatate stripping. A premium-grade -55°C to 105°C Orange CPE jacket is extruded onto the cable per ASTM D-4313. Sizes 6 AWG through 4/0 AWG. UL 600V CPE 90 o C welding cable available upon request. CSA (no voltage rating) also available upon request.
